From there we work in short delivery cycles so you see progress continuously rather than at the end.

Discovery can usually begin within a couple of weeks. Full delivery teams take longer to assemble because we staff for fit rather than availability — the right SAP or security specialist is worth waiting a short while for. We will always give you the honest date rather than the one you want to hear.

Frequently, and it is usually the better model. Your team holds the institutional knowledge; we bring specialist depth and extra capacity. We can embed into your existing rituals and tooling, or run a parallel workstream with clear interfaces — whichever creates less friction for your people.

Security requirements are captured during discovery and designed in from the start, not bolted on before go-live. That covers access control, data residency, encryption, logging and the evidence your auditors will ask for. Where a specific standard applies to your sector, we build to it and document as we go.

We are headquartered in San Francisco with offices in the UK, Germany, Spain and the UAE. That spread means work can hand off across time zones and support overlaps with your business hours rather than starting after them.

It depends on shape. Defined projects with a clear endpoint are usually fixed-scope; ongoing platform and managed services work better as a monthly retainer; exploratory work is time and materials. We will recommend the model that carries the least risk for you and explain why, before you commit to anything.

You get the code, the infrastructure definitions and documentation written for the person who inherits it. If you want us to keep running it we will; if you want your own team to take it over, we plan the handover as part of delivery rather than as an afterthought.
